Shouha added that the economic situation is bad and keeps worsening, adding there are shops which open and close their doors without selling anything.

He also noted that that daily there are shops which close, causing immobility in the commercial movement in the main streets.

Shouha called on the government to reduce customs duties and taxes on people to move the economic wheel, reduce their burdens, and pump sufficient liquidity into the markets by instructing banks to give provide more facilitations to merchants, indicating that it is not logical for merchants to mortgage their lands, home, and children to obtain a simple loan.

Revitalizing the economy requires tangible and real measures, according to Shouha, noting that the most dangerous matter in economics is not predicting what will happen and where things are going.
