AMMAN — The
Air Operations Advisor at Arab Weather Jamal Al-Mousa, stated on Tuesday that
Hurricane Daniel, which struck Libya, has transformed into a low-pressure
system and is gradually dissipating. According to him, the atmospheric pressure
values have risen, causing the hurricane to transition into a cold air mass in
the upper layers of the atmosphere. This transition may potentially impact
Jordan on Wednesday.

He clarified that this transformation will result in
unstable weather conditions in Jordan, characterized by partly cloudy skies and occasional light
rain showers. These conditions will be accompanied by a drop in temperatures
and dusty weather, Hala News reported.
Additionally, he pointed out that dusty winds are expected in desert
areas on Wednesday, with the maximum temperature in the capital, Amman,
reaching 26 degrees Celsius.
