The program, which began on Monday, is a key step in enhancing the capabilities of Jordan's public sector leaders.

Conducted through the Government Leadership Center at the Institute, the program is a joint effort with the Public Sector Modernization Program Management Unit at the Prime Ministry. This collaboration follows an agreement signed between the IPA and the Singapore CSC during the recent visit of HRH Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II to the country.

IPA Director General, Seham Al-Khawaldeh, commended the Singaporean trainers for their role in equipping participants with advanced knowledge and skills. She emphasized the importance of evaluating the program's outcomes and incorporating feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Widad Qutaishat, Director of the Public Sector Modernization Program Management Unit, expressed expectations that participants will share the knowledge gained with their colleagues, contribute to institutional development, and actively engage with the trainers to maximize the program's impact.

The three-day program, comprising 18 hours of training, is being delivered by international trainers and experts from the Singapore CSC. Participants were carefully selected through a rigorous screening and evaluation process from various government departments.

Targeting middle management leaders, including directors of organizational units responsible for institutional development across all ministries and selected departments, the program is aligned with the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap and the Economic Modernization Vision. It aims to foster leadership skills and promote best practices in governance and policy implementation across Jordan's public sector.
