The IPA said in
a statement that the system is under its development plan, which is being
implemented since 2019. Funded by USAID, the project includes the axis of IPA’s
digital transformation and its services automation.
At the launching
ceremony, IPA’s Director General Siham Al-Khawaldeh said her institute began to
take “successive and significant” steps to achieve a “distinguished” position
regionally and globally. She said that development is a continuous approach
that requires unrelenting and continuous action and research.
The IPA wants to keep pace with all global and
rapid developments in various training fields and is also keen to overcome all
challenges and difficulties to achieve the desired goals, she said.
The TMS which
was implemented in cooperation with USAID Good Governance Practices by Local
Administration in Jordan, aims to manage and regulate the training process and
facilitate the activities of all government departments, beneficiaries and
trainers, Khawaldeh pointed out.
The system is a
“turning point” and would lead to launching e-services in the future, which
would have a positive impact on developing efficiency of the training process,
she noted.
The IPA screened a video
on the TMS features and its most important applications, in addition to
reviewing the trainers’ expertise in using this technology, who lauded its
user-friendly traits, its role in simplifying procedures, as well as IPA’s
services development.
