AMMAN — Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yousef Shamali said Saturday that his Ministry is closely connected with citizens, business owners, and investors, urging more action to promote the culture of excellence to improve services and simplify procedures, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

He said during a ceremony to honor outstanding staff members that the Ministry has, over the past years, proven its ability to address challenges and realign itself during emergencies, particularly pandemic lockdowns and maintained sustainable supply chains during global crises to preserve national food security.
The minister congratulated the award winners, which is part of the Ministry's policy to promote creativity and competition among staff members and promote a culture of excellence.
The award was handed for the best organizational unit and distinguished employees.
