AMMAN— Minister of Interior
Mazen Faraya on Sunday
discussed with Bangladeshi Minister of Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan relations
between the two countries and opportunities to boost them, according to Jordan
News Agency, Petra.

During the meeting, the two
officials discussed prospects of
Bangladesh leveraging Jordan's security
expertise in areas of border control and counter-smuggling measures.
The meeting also tackled the
situation of Bengali workers in the qualifying industrial zones and the
Aqaba Special Economic Zone.
Faraya highlighted investment
opportunities in the Kingdom and facilities offered to investors.
Khan underlined his country's
commitment to cooperate with Jordan and benefit from its anti-drug efforts.
