AMMAN — Despite slightly higher
temperatures than the annual average, Jordan is experiencing a
persistent cold spell across most of the country.

According to the
Jordan Meteorological Department, limited areas in the southern and northern regions
can expect showers on Monday, according to Jo24.
A depression will onset on Tuesday and
is expected to bring cloudy and rainy skies to the north and center of the
Kingdom, with scattered showers in the southwest and a possibility of
snowfall.
Wednesday will remain very cold with
occasional showers in the north and center, and
light snow expected in the
southern mountains. Thursday will be similar, with light showers in some
northern and central areas, decreasing clouds, and moderate northwest winds.
