During the

noting that the Jordanian business sector seeks to further cooperate with its
Tunisian counterpart to prop up the “modest trade flow,” according to a
statement.
Kabariti
indicated the need to double the efforts for boosting trade and economic ties,
in addition to focusing on promising and integrative sectors, establishing
bilateral investments in strategic sectors, and linking businessmen from the
two countries.
He underscored the need to start arrangements for a meeting of the
Jordanian-Tunisian Business Council, slated for the second half of 2022, in
coordination with the Tunisian embassy and the Tunisian Union of Industry,
Trade, and Handicrafts.
For his part, the
Tunisian envoy hailed cooperation and coordination with the JCC in fields that
“enhance economic relations” between the two sides, highlighting the need to
regularly hold meetings to bolster cooperation.
