JD101 million recovered over past few years — Anti-graft chief

AMMAN — Speaker of Lower House of Parliament Abdel Karim Doghmi received Tuesday a copy of the annual report of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) for the year 2020, according to the jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

During a meeting with the JIACC’s Chairman Muhannad Hijazi, Doghmi underscored the Lower House’s support for the JIACC’s efforts to preserve public money and combat corruption.

For his part, Hijazi said that the commission recovered about JD101 million over the past few years, in addition to court-ordered amounts worth JD616 million.
