JEA meets to discuss retirement fund amendments

AMMAN— On Friday, the General Commission of the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) held an extraordinary meeting to discuss the “amending the retirement system for the JEA members,” and to take the appropriate recommendation to submit it to the concerned authorities, according to Khaberni.اضافة اعلان

 

In a statement, the JEA said “the JAE retirement fund faces a set of challenges as a result of difficult economic conditions and the reflection of various crises and their repercussions at all levels.”

 

The association explained that the commission of the Fund and the central commission supported the Syndicate Council’s approach to the draft amendment of the retirement fund system.

 

The JEA confirmed that the quorum would be “legal regardless the attendees’ number.”
