AMMAN —
President of the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA), Ahmad Zoubi, said that the
JEA has taken effective steps to provide new jobs for Jordanian engineers in
the Saudi labor market, and promote cooperation and coordination with major
Saudi companies, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

Zoubi, who is also
the President of the Federation of Arab Engineers, said Saudi Arabia and its
companies in various engineering fields respect and appreciate Jordanian
engineers and their proficiency, and their high technical and professional
capabilities.
Due to this, Saudi
companies employ thousands of Jordanian engineers, and it is ready to employ
many of them in its current and future projects, according to Zoubi.
He also indicated
that he has recently addressed the Saudi Embassy in Jordan with the aim of
cooperating with the JEA to secure and facilitate the creation of jobs for
Jordanian engineers and employ them in the Saudi market.
The JEA seeks to cooperate with the Saudi embassy and
facilitate and enhance jobs for Jordanian engineers, adding that the JEA
requested to meet the technical entity at the embassy for this purpose,
according to Zoubi.
