The administration said the drug is only sold on a
doctor’s prescription, adding that the health and safety of Jordanians is among
its top priorities, and urging people to contact it to inquire about any side
effects and report them through the email:
[email protected].
The administration’s Director-General Dr. Nizar
Mehidat had stated that there was coordination with the Anti-Narcotics
Department of the
Public Security Directorate (PSD) in this regard.
Any information about the sale or misuse of such
prescriptions is dealt with as part of its control efforts and in
implementation of its mission to ensure safe medicine and reduce misuse of
medications
