AMMAN — Director General of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) Nizar Mheidat on Monday commended Germany’s contribution of equipment and IT devices to enhance the organization’s regulatory and oversight role, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

During a meeting with the German ambassador’s representative, Marlene Breyer, Mheidat said the JFDA is committed to cementing partnerships with international organizations to promote national drug and food industries.
Breyer stressed the effective partnership with Jordan, which focuses on the medicinal regulatory authority, highlighting efforts to boost partnerships with various international organizations and supportive countries.
