AMMAN — The
Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO)
and Jo Academy have signed a cooperation agreement to provide free recorded
digital content for students in Gaza across all educational levels, from the
first grade to high school, based on the
Palestinian curriculum, Al-Mamlaka TV
reported.

This initiative, jointly launched by both parties, aims to
provide more than 200,000 students in Gaza with
digital educational content in
various subjects such as science, mathematics, English, and Arabic. This effort
facilitates the continuity of the educational process within the Gaza Strip
under different circumstances.
The literacy rate in Gaza is over 96 percent
The Secretary-General of the JHCO Hussein Al-Shibli stated,
"According to statistics from the Palestinian Central Bureau of
Statistics, the literacy rate in the Gaza Strip is over 96 percent, indicating
the importance of education for our people in Gaza. From this perspective, we
launch this initiative today, which facilitates the
educational process for students in Gaza at all educational levels."
"Our significant mission is to harness technology to
overcome difficulties and challenges arising from different circumstances,
enabling different generations to continue the educational process. We believe
that education is a cornerstone of development and progress in societies."
Jo Academy’s CEO Ala' Jarar stated, expressing pride in the step.
Jarar added, "This agreement aligns with our humanistic
vision aimed at serving our community and surroundings. Collaborating with one
of the most important national institutions working to assist our people in
Gaza around the clock in various fields adds increasing importance to this
agreement."
