AMMAN — The
Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), with support from UN Women, dispatched two planes loaded
with medical supplies to the Gaza Strip, Al-Ghad reported.

The planes were sent in coordination with the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and in cooperation with the
Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army (JAF). The shipments, containing over 40
tonnes of health parcels, will be distributed to women in Gaza.
Secretary-General of JHCO, Dr. Hussein
Al-Shibli stated that the organization collaborated with various UN agencies to
serve the
people of Gaza, pointing out that the number of planes sent to Gaza
as part of the airlift reached 60, including 15 airborne operations, in
addition to the 380 trucks sent through the land bridge.
