Under the patronage of Minister of Industry, Trade, and
Supply, Yousef Al-Shamali, this endeavor forms an integral part of the National
Export Strategy (2023-2025), reflecting the government's commitment to
fostering and enhancing the competitiveness of the national industry,
Al-Mamlaka TV reported.
The program's first phase, worth JD2.4 million, aims to
support 150 small and medium enterprises. In the subsequent phase, it will
extend assistance to 50 industrial entities in implementing their export plans,
costing JD2.6 million.
These initiatives are aligned with the government's broader
Economic Modernization Vision (EMV) and the national export strategy, targeting
small and medium-sized enterprises across all Jordanian governorates. The
program aims to equip these enterprises with essential information about their
selected markets and enhance their export readiness.
The Export Acceleration Program will unfold in two main
stages: market study support and implementation support for export plans in the
targeted markets.
