The ministry described the attacks as a grave breach of international law, including the 1949 Geneva Convention, and labeled them as war crimes adding to Israel's ongoing violations in the Gaza Strip.

Ministry spokesperson Sufian Qudah reiterated Jordan's outright condemnation of Israel's persistent violations of international and humanitarian laws, alongside its systematic targeting of civilians.

He criticized the United Nations Security Council for failing to reach a resolution imposing a ceasefire, leaving Gaza to face escalating destruction and a deepening humanitarian crisis caused by Israeli aggression.

Qudah called on the international community to uphold its legal and moral responsibilities, urging immediate action to compel Israel to cease its aggression and violations. He emphasized the necessity of holding Israel accountable for crimes against the Palestinian people.
