This program, as outlined in a memorandum
signed during the 31st session of the Jordanian-Egyptian Joint
Higher Committee in Amman in August, reflects the shared commitment to strengthening their
bilateral relations in the field of labor and workforce. This aligns with a
cooperation agreement initially signed by both nations back in 1985, Khaberni
reported.
Under this agreement, the two parties have
come to an understanding to create the seventh executive program, spanning the
years 2023 and 2024. They will establish a
joint Jordanian-Egyptian technical committee, which will take charge of executing the activities of the program.
The committee's responsibilities encompass surmounting any obstacles or
challenges that might impede program implementation and gaining insights into
labor inspection procedures.
