During the meeting, Bani Mustafa reaffirmed the positions of His Majesty King Abdullah II regarding the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights, highlighting the King's statements at the United Nations that emphasized the international community's responsibilities towards the suffering of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, as well as Jordan's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause.

She highlighted the remarks of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah during her participation in the annual One Young World Summit, noting that the world deserves a more just and equal system, and her warning of the great implications of Israeli practices that will affect the future of coming generations.

Bani Mustafa pointed out that the aggression against Gaza primarily affects women and girls amid dire humanitarian conditions and a lack of security and stability.

She stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to support the issues of Palestinian women and girls through the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign and during the Commission on the Status of Women meetings in New York.

For her part, Khalili noted that this meeting occurs amidst ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people, where women are paying a heavy price due to these attacks. She emphasized that it aims to enhance coordination between the Palestinian Ministry of Women's Affairs and the Ministry of Social Development, as well as the ministerial committee, to empower Jordanian women at the Arab level and in international forums.

Khalili emphasized her strong commitment to furthering this collaboration through effective partnerships that advance women's empowerment and strengthen their roles in tackling challenges.
