According to the company's statement, the directives included enhancing the presence of the postal service in all ministries, public institutions, and government agencies. Additionally, it included adopting postage stamps issued since the founding of the state for official gifts presented to guests during conferences, official events, and other occasions, as well as for internal gifting.
The directives also mandate that all ministries and government institutions place postal boxes at their entrances to facilitate regular mail delivery. This is part of the National Addressing Project, aiming to link geographical locations with postal codes and mailbox numbers.
Al-Dawood emphasized the importance of these directives in supporting the postal service and advancing the work of this national institution. He called for utilizing the efforts made to restore the postal service's national role both economically and socially. Furthermore, he stressed the need for the identification of human resource distribution requirements and the provision of necessary updates to postal locations to successfully implement these projects on the ground, which will positively impact postal employees.
