Safadi and Al Thani emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation across various fields, as directed by His Majesty King Abdullah II and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

They underscored the urgency of halting Israeli aggression against Gaza, advocating for an immediate and permanent ceasefire and ensuring sufficient aid reaches all parts of the Gaza Strip.

The two ministers discussed joint efforts to confront the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, including existing cooperation to deliver aid through the Jordanian route. Safadi reiterated Jordan's support for initiatives led by Qatar, Egypt, and the United States to negotiate an exchange deal aimed at establishing a permanent ceasefire.

Safadi and Al Thani also called for a unified international stance to stop illegal Israeli actions in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, which threaten the two-state solution and the prospects for a just and comprehensive peace.

They addressed efforts to reduce regional tensions and reaffirmed their support for Lebanon's security and stability, stressing the importance of adhering to Security Council Resolution 1701.

Safadi expressed gratitude to Al Thani for Qatar's care of around 80,000 Jordanian citizens working and residing there.

The talks concluded with a commitment to continue consultations, coordination, and cooperation to advance the interests of both countries and address Arab and Islamic issues.
