Amman - Director-General of the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization (JSMO) Abeer Zuhair and Rwandan Ambassador Urujeni Bakuramutsa on Wednesday discussed collaboration in key areas, including standardization, conformity certification, and quality control.

Zuhair highlighted JSMO's commitment to boosting economic cooperation and sharing expertise with Rwanda, particularly in national standardization systems, measurement practices, and border control.
She emphasized that Jordan's adherence to international standards has helped build trust in the quality and safety of products, fostering greater economic confidence.
Bakuramutsa praised JSMO's scientific achievements and its role in supporting Jordan's national economy. She expressed optimism that Rwanda could leverage Jordan's expertise in standardization and quality management to further develop its own systems and enhance product competitiveness.
