AMMAN - The Higher Committee for integrated industrial partnership that brings together Jordan, the
United Arab Emirates and Egypt is scheduled to hold its first meeting in Cairo next Monday.

Jordan, the UAE and Egypt partnership aims to enhance joint food and medicine security and cooperation in the fields of industry, investment, agriculture, fertilizers, textiles, minerals, petrochemicals and plastics, Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Yousef Shamali,told Petra.
He also told Petra that the meeting in Cairo will cover the procedures that have been taken place since the launch of the partnership among the three countries, adding that the next stage will witness practical steps to implement the partnership subjects in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable economic development in various fields.
In May, Jordan, the UAE and Egypt signed an agreement announcing the Industrial Partnership for Sustainable Economic Growth Initiative during a meeting of the tripartite industrial integration in Abu Dhabi.
