AMMAN — The Cabinet decided, on Sunday, to
approve a memorandum of understanding between the
Jordan Investment Fund and
the Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company to establish an investment fund
company in Jordan.

According to Al-Mamlaka, this memorandum of
understanding comes due to the interest of the
Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company in establishing an investment fund company to invest in its projects in
the Kingdom, in accordance with the provisions of the Jordan Investment Fund
Law.
The Cabinet also decided to approve a
memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Investment and its
counterpart in the United Arab Emirates, regarding cooperation in the field of
investment.
This memorandum of understanding aims to
create a
framework for investment cooperation in various areas, including
infrastructure, development, and other investment fields, as well as
facilitating the exchange of technical knowledge, advice, skills, and experience.
The Cabinet also approved a memorandum of
understanding in the field of
green hydrogen production investment between the
Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the French company "Amarenco
Invest In RE. Generation" and the Emirati company "H2 Global
Energy."
