Amman, Dr. Mohammad Al-Dhnebait, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company, and Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyar Saidov, along with his accompanying delegation, discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries, exchange expertise, and strengthen economic partnerships.اضافة اعلان

Minister Saidov was briefed on the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company's expertise in phosphate extraction and mining, the production of phosphate fertilizers, as well as the company's achievements and future projects through a presentation by the company's CEO, Engineer Abdul Wahab Al-Rawad.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Dhnebait emphasized the company's eagerness to cooperate with relevant parties in Uzbekistan's phosphate fertilizer industry, aiming to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.

He mentioned that the company places significant importance on expanding its partnerships with various entities involved in phosphate production, phosphate fertilizer manufacturing, and related industries worldwide, given its prominent presence in the global phosphate market.

He also highlighted that the mining sector, particularly the phosphate fertilizer industry in Jordan, has witnessed significant development, with the company shifting towards value-added industries in addition to phosphate extraction and export. He pointed out the company's diverse local, Arab, and international partnerships in this field.

For his part, Minister Saidov expressed Uzbekistan's pride in its cooperative relations with Jordan across various sectors, reaffirming his country's commitment to further developing these ties for the benefit of both nations and their peoples.

He commended the significant progress in Jordan's mining sector and the expertise of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company, emphasizing Uzbekistan's desire to collaborate with the company in this field and establish constructive partnerships to meet Uzbekistan's phosphate and fertilizer needs.
