Supported by the Jordan Tourism Board (JTB), the Jordanian pavilion will include eight universities, seven of which are public and one that is private, according to a JTB statement.

“Taking part in this fair aims at shedding light on Jordan’s prosperous educational tourism, promoting local educational institutions, and attracting students from abroad,” said JTB Director General Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat.

Arabiyat said that the recent visit of His Majesty King Abdullah and HRH Crown Prince Hussein to Oman was greatly successful in opening promising prospects for cooperation in many fields between the two countries.

According to Arabiyat, more than 3,500 students from Oman are studying in the Kingdom.

On its 9th year, the three-day event will offer participants and the audience the opportunity to meet, network and directly interact with the Omani and the global education community.
