AMMAN — Jordan will participate in the
EduTraC 2022, a platform for the continuous advancement of education, careers
and training, which begins in Oman’s capital Muscat October 10, according to
the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

Supported by the
Jordan Tourism Board (JTB), the
Jordanian pavilion will include eight universities, seven of which are public
and one that is private, according to a JTB statement.
“Taking part in this fair aims at shedding light on
Jordan’s prosperous educational tourism, promoting local educational
institutions, and attracting students from abroad,” said JTB Director General
Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat.
Arabiyat said that the recent visit of
His Majesty King Abdullah and HRH Crown Prince Hussein to Oman was greatly successful in
opening promising prospects for cooperation in many fields between the two
countries.
According to Arabiyat, more than 3,500 students from
Oman are studying in the Kingdom.
On its 9th year, the three-day event will offer participants
and the audience the opportunity to meet, network and directly interact with
the Omani and the global education community.
