Jordan condemns Israeli attacks on Greek Orthodox Patriarchate's property

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry condemned, on Wednesday, the continuous attacks by Israeli settlers on the property of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The latest attack was settlers storming of land belonging to the Patriarchate in Wadi Hilweh in Silwan, south of the Old City of occupied East Jerusalem. Ministry Spokesperson Sinan Majali reiterated the Kingdom's unequivocal condemnation of all measures targeting Christians in occupied East Jerusalem, as well as the Kingdom's support for Jerusalemites in the face of extremist and settler attacks.
