Jordan condemns storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque

AMMAN — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Sunday condemned Israeli violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque/Al-Haram Al-Sharif complex; the latest being Sunday when extremists stormed the mosque under Israeli occupation force protection.اضافة اعلان

The ministry said that the Israeli actions are “rejected and condemned”, adding that they violate the historical and legal status quo and international law.

Fayez pointed out on Sunday that the ministry has sent an official memorandum of protest requesting that Israel halt violations and provocations at the complex and respect the legal status quo, and safety and freedom of worshipers.
