AMMAN— Jordan Friday expressed condolences and sympathy to
the government and people of Iraq on the victims of the gas pipeline explosion
in a house in Sulaymaniyah in Kurdistan, killing and injuring several, according
to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said Jordan
stands in "solidarity" with the government and people of Iraq,
expressing its condolences to the families of the victims and wishing a speedy
recovery for the injured.
