RIYADH – The Operations and Consular Affairs
Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced on
Tuesday that a consular team from the Embassy of Jordan in Riyadh will be in
the city of Al-Khobar to provide consular services from 5-7 December.

According to Al-Mamlaka Tv, the consular team
will be present at the Hilton Garden Inn/Al-Khobar from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
The consular services provided during the visit
include currency exchange and passport renewal, general and special powers of
attorney, document authentication, family record transactions, and registration
of vital events, among other consular services.
The ministry urged the Jordanian community to
check the consular services cards published on the embassy's website or on the
embassy's account on the (X) platform
@JordanEmbassyR.
It also encouraged holders of smart civil
status cards to submit passport renewal applications through the Civil Status
and Passports Department's website as soon as possible to obtain electronic
approval. This will allow the team to process the new passport on the same day.
