Jordan grants 8,928 residence permits – Ministry of Interior

AMMAN — An official source at the Ministry of Interior has revealed that a total of 8,928 residence permits have been granted to individuals residing in Jordan since the beginning of the current year until the present date. The source further informed that the Ministry has electronically renewed a substantial number of permits, specifically 19,036 residence permits, Al-Mamlaka TV reported. Meanwhile, 1,582 requests for residence transfer have been successfully processed. Additionally, it was highlighted that the ministry has actively managed approximately 3,004 applications for temporary residence permits, as well as close to 990 applications for residence permits with a duration of 5 years.
