language skills. It has been used in Jordanian schools as a contest in which a

within the ministry’s tasks defined under the Higher Education Law No. 17 of
2018 and its amendments, in its vision towards a distinguished higher education
model at the regional level that emulates leading global practices. It aims to
achieve the ministry’s mission to improve the services of the higher education
system within the framework of quality and competitiveness.
The agreement was signed by Minister of Higher
Education and Scientific Research

behalf of the non-profit organization Massa for International Exams.
