AMMAN —
The
Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) launched an advertising and marketing campaign
in Dubai to promote the Kingdom, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef
Al-Fayez said on Saturday, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.

Fayez, who is also
the chairman of the tourism board, said the campaign aims to attract residents
of and visitors to the UAE.

Director-General
Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat said the campaign, the slogan of which
is “Kingdom of Time”, launched at the beginning of April. It includes “extensive
advertisements within residential sites, tourist malls, and Dubai Airport,
coinciding with the conclusion of the activities of the Dubai Expo”.
Arabiyat said the
JTB has extensive plans and programs in each of the Gulf states, in European
countries, and in other
Asian markets, all aiming to attract and increase the
number of tourists coming to the Kingdom.
