The statement pointed out that Jordan ranked fourth in the Arab world, following the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, the statement explained that Jordan maintained the same score across four sources: the Bertelsmann Transformation Index (BTI), the Economist Intelligence Unit's (EIU) Country Risk Rating, the Global Risk Insight (GRI) Rating for Countries, and the Political Risk Services (PRS) Global Risk Guide.

It also mentioned that Jordan showed improvement in three out of seven criteria compared to the 2022 assessment: the World Competitiveness Yearbook (WCY) by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) by 4 points, the Varieties of Democracy Project (V-DEM) by 5 points, and the World Justice Project (WJP) Rule of Law Index by one point. This progress is attributed to the national efforts aimed at enhancing automation and fostering good governance in the public sector over 2023.
