Brussels- Jordan’s Ambassador to NATO, Yousef Bataineh, formally presented his credentials to NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte in a ceremony held at NATO headquarters in Brussels. Ambassador Bataineh assumes the role of Ambassador and Head of Jordan’s Mission to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

During the meeting, Ambassador Bataineh conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Abdullah II. Secretary-General Rutte reciprocated with his regards and appreciation for the King’s leadership in addressing regional and international challenges. He commended Jordan’s role in fostering stability and dialogue in the region.
Secretary-General Rutte underscored NATO’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with Jordan, expressing his best wishes for Jordan’s continued progress and prosperity.
The credential presentation ceremony was attended by senior NATO officials.
