In a statement to the Jordan News Agency (Petra) on Monday, the organization’s director, Eng. Abeer Al-Zuhair, explained that the plan targets products with high demand before and during Ramadan. These include decorative strings, household and electrical tools, clothing, shoes, cleaning materials, cosmetics, children's toys, in addition to verifying commercial weights and pre-packaged goods.
Al-Zuhair clarified that the organization’s inspection teams operate during both morning and evening shifts and even on holidays to carry out their inspection plans. This includes routine visits to jewelry stores, fuel stations, and agencies and distributors of household gas cylinders.
The organization also urged citizens to report any counterfeit or non-compliant products through the unified complaints hotline and WhatsApp at 065301243, the organization’s social media pages, the complaints icon on its website, the "Bkhidmitkum" app, and through the "Sand Go" platform at 065008080.
