AMMAN — Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi dispatched the secretary
of the Egyptian Presidency to the Jordanian Embassy in Cairo, where he conveyed
Cairo’s congratulations on Jordan’s Independence Day, Al-Mamlaka TV said.

Sisi’s
envoy, Muhammad Yahya Al-Amin, met with Amjad Al-Adaileh, Jordan’s Ambassador
to Egypt, on Tuesday.
Yahya conveyed the congratulations
of the Egyptian leader to His Majesty King Abdullah and HRH Crown Prince
Hussein, on the occasion of Jordan's celebrations of its 76th Independence Day.
Yahya also delivered Sisi's praise of
the Jordanian government and people on this national occasion, and the wishes
for Jordan’s continued progress and stability, under the leadership of His
Majesty King Abdullah.
Ambassador Adaileh expressed
Jordan's and His Majesty's appreciation for this generous gesture, which
reflects the depth of the distinguished historical relations between Jordan and
Egypt, their leaderships, and people.
