Jordan’s hotels at 31%–72% occupancy rate - JHA

AMMAN — Vice president and spokesperson for Jordan Hotels Association (JHA), Hussein Hilalat, said local hotel occupancy rates, in all categories, during the current weekend reached 72 percent in Aqaba, 63 percent in Amman, 55 percent in the Dead Sea, and 31 percent in Petra.اضافة اعلان

Occupancy rates in 5-star hotels stood at 87 percent in Aqaba, 62 percent in Amman, 61 percent in the Dead Sea, and 40 percent in Petra, Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.

Meanwhile, Hilalat noted occupancy rates of the 4-star hotels in Aqaba stood at 70 percent, Amman at about 70 percent, Dead Sea at 49 percent and Petra at 37 percent.
