Jordan sends COVID-19 jabs, test kits to Gaza

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) on Thursday sent to the Gaza Strip a 12-truck aid convoy carrying COVID-19 vaccines and test kits, food packages, and medication. A JHCO statement said the convoy was sent in response to Royal Directives, which instructed the continued provision of aid in support of the Palestinian people. This is the fourth aid convoy the JHCO has sent since the beginning of the recent events in Gaza and the West Bank, the organization’s Secretary General Hussein Al-Shibli, said in the statement.
