AMMAN — Jordan on Tuesday dispatched a
plane load of emergency relief aid and supplies to Sudan, where devastating
floods ravaged 12 states and killed dozens of people, according to the Jordan
News Agency, Petra.

The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) said in
a statement that under the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, it had
coordinated with the Royal Jordanian Air Force to send a 10-tonne cargo of
relief aid and medical supplies to Sudan.
