Jordan stresses its stance towards the Palestinian cause

AMMAN— The Permanent Representative of Jordan to the United Nations, Mahmoud Daifallah Hmoud, stressed Jordan’s unwavering stance towards the Palestinian cause and the two-state solution, according to Al-Ghad News.اضافة اعلان

Speaking before the Special Political and Decolonization Committee (Fourth Committee), Hmoud stated on Friday that Jordan refuses any attempts to change the historical and legal status quo in the holy sites in the Al-Aqsa Mosque/ Al-Haram Al-Sharif.

The statement also reiterated Jordan’s commitment to bringing about financial and political support to the UNRWA, stressing the Jordanian Forces’ efficiency in maintaining the peace with a high level of readiness and efficiency.
