AMMAN — The
Jordan Tourism Board is set to
take part in the Milan International Tourism Fair from April 10–12 together
with 22 Jordanian tourism agencies and hotels, Royal Jordanian Airlines, and
the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.

Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al-Fayez
stressed the importance of the participation of the board and representatives
of Jordanian tourism events in the fair’s events.
Fayez, who is also the chairman of the JTB, noted the
importance of the Italian market, given that Italy is one of the most important
markets of Jordan’s tourism industry.
Almost 90,000 Italian tourists traveled to Jordan in
2019.
