The data showed that the total number of companies affiliated with the QFC has reached 2,200, spanning various sectors including commerce, services, finance, tourism, and investment. Most of these companies originate from Jordan, the United Kingdom, France, the United States, and India.
The activities of Jordanian companies under the QFC platform cover a wide range of economic sectors.
However, their operations are primarily concentrated in areas such as financial services, fintech, banking, wealth and investment management, information technology, hospitality, professional and administrative services, public services, trade, import and export, small industries, and corporate solutions.
Jordanian companies, along with other QFC-registered entities, benefit from numerous incentives and advantages offered by the center.
These include 100% foreign ownership, a unified electronic platform for licensing and registration processes, visa and passport services, a competitive corporate tax rate of 10% on profits derived from local sources, and a tax-friendly environment supported by agreements to prevent double taxation.
