Speaking during a discussion by the Lower
House Tourism, Antiquities, and Public Services Committee on public
transportation policies and means of
developing them, Farajat mentioned the
lack of parking spaces across Amman and the monopoly on public street spaces by
some shops and parking companies, which charge citizens a fee for parking,
Khaberni reported.
Amman Mayor Yousef Al-Shawarbeh commented
that the
municipality considers Farajat one of its greatest supporters due to
the financial revenues it collects from violations by his vehicle.
