AMMAN — For the third week running, hundreds of
Jordanians held protests following Friday prayers in downtown Amman and other
places in the Kingdom to denounce the
letter of intent signing between Jordan,
Israel, and the UAE last month.

Protestors called for dropping the
normalization agreements with Israel, including Wadi Araba peace treaty and the
“energy-for-water” deal.
Protestors also denounced the
controversial movie that “
Amira” which they said offends Palestinian prisoners
and their cause. The movie was later banned and withdrawn from regional and
international festivals.
