Amman - The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and the Middle East Insurance Company (MEICO) have signed an agreement to enhance access to cancer treatment through specialized insurance coverage.

This collaboration introduces "Care Insurance," enabling MEICO clients to receive treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC), one of the country's leading oncology institutions.
The agreement was formalized by KHCF Director General Nisreen Qatamish and MEICO CEO Rajai Sweis.
Qatamish emphasized the importance of this partnership in broadening access to advanced cancer care services. "This agreement reflects our commitment to providing the best possible treatment and medical care for cancer patients in Jordan," she stated.
Sweis highlighted MEICO's dedication to supporting the KHCC and its mission. He noted that "Care Insurance" would provide clients with much-needed financial security for cancer treatment.
He also underlined MEICO's annual donations to KHCC, stressing their role in raising awareness and offering vital support to combat this life-threatening disease.
The partnership aims to create a unified approach across various sectors to ensure comprehensive care for cancer patients in Jordan. It focuses on facilitating immediate access to KHCC’s world-class treatment and fostering a healthier future for patients facing cancer’s challenges.
This agreement also reinforces efforts to offer inclusive insurance solutions under challenging circumstances, providing patients and their families with reassurance and hope.
