AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah and Cypriot
President Nicos Anastasiades discussed means of enhancing bilateral relation in
a phone call on Wednesday.
During the call, His Majesty commended the outcomes of the
strategic dialogue session — recently held in Cyprus — as part of continuous
coordination between the two countries, adding that that Jordan looks forward
to expanding the scope of trilateral cooperation with Cyprus and Greece.
The King and Anastasiades also addressed regional
developments, whereby His Majesty stressed the importance of achieving a just
and comprehensive peace between Palestine and Israel, on the basis of a
two-state solution, to creating stability in the region.
