His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, held a meeting in Jeddah on Wednesday.

During the meeting, attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the King expressed his pride in the historic relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples, and emphasized the importance of maintaining close coordination to serve their mutual interests.
His Majesty also expressed appreciation for the pivotal role of Saudi Arabia in defending Arab and Islamic causes.
The meeting covered the latest developments in the region, particularly the situation in Gaza and the West Bank.
The meeting was attended by the Director of His Majesty’s Office, Eng. Alaa Batayneh, and on the Saudi side by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and a number of senior officials.
