King expresses best wishes to Iraq on its state centennial

AMMAN - His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday expressed best wishes to Iraq on the occasion of its state centennial.

In a letter to Iraq President Barham Salih, King Abdullah commended the progress Iraq has achieved over the past 100 years, wishing the people and government of Iraq further prosperity and progress.

His Majesty reaffirmed the deep-rooted ties between Jordan and Iraq, stressing keenness to bolster and expand cooperation, as the two states both embark on their second centennial.
