During a meeting hosted by rtd Lt. General Jamal Shawbkah’s residence in Sahab area
to the east of Amman, His Majesty said that a delay in administrative
reform will set the
country back, even if the other sectors make progress.
The King also highlighted that administrative gaps
can lead to people taking advantage of the situation to obstruct the
development of the country and hinder attempts at reform.
The King also addressed the importance of partnerships between the
private and public sectors, pointing to a need for transparent efforts to
attract investors and prevent the obstruction of their projects due to
administrative red tape.
